For initial email setup
When you run Mail for the first time on OSX you will be presented with a screen asking for your initial email setup:

Just fill the relevant information that you are asked, with that in the picture, just remember to replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain name you have bought and smtp.yourISP.com with your ISP's outgoing SMTP mail server.
For new mail accounts
To setup an additional account in Mail, select the 'preferences' option from the file menu:

And you will then be presented with the following screen:

(If the accounts option is not already selected, then select it to see a similar screen to the one above)
Now to add an account click on the '+' button in the bottom left corner to add a new account.
You should now see a screen similar to this:

Just enter the information that you were given on your hosting instructions into the relevant field, again remebering to replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain name you have bought and smtp.yourISP.com with your ISP's outgoing SMTP mail server.
